Uni Gallery rolls out new Premium Sushi Tower, Uni & Sashimi Box, Grilled Kinki Fish & more

Popular Uni specialist, Uni Gallery by Oosterbay, has rolled out a series of new dishes. Lovers of the prized sea urchin as well as seafood aficionados would be thrilled to indulge in a variety of premium delicacies.

Begin with the impressive 9 Type Seasonal Uni & Sashimi box. Items we had that day comprised of Bafun Uni, Shiro Uni, Botan Ebi, Hotate and more.

Immerse yourself in a plethora of fresh tuna and salmon slices in the 6 Type Sashimi platter. Add on a bottle or two sake to go along too.

The staggering three-tier Sushi Tower showcases an appetising range of premium sushi, squid and uni which had us revelling.

Cooked highlights include the 3-Mouth Foodgasm (which features a trio of grilled oyster, wagyu beef and Flounder atop uni), rich and flavourful Uni Buah Keluak Pasta and Kinki Fish (Seasonal).
